Last week Jim Acosta had his White credentials revoked. A rumored doctored video was released by Sarah Sander, who tweeted out a different version of the incident that took place between Jim Acosta and the White Staff member that rushed over to snatch the microphone out of his hand after Acosta asked Trump a question that Trump did not like.
Of course, Republicans tried to make it seem as if Acosta assaulted the female White House employee.
As of today, CNN has filed a suit against Trump for wrongfully taking away Acosta’s credentials. It seems like CNN has a good case against Trump because even a Fox News adviser has stated that Trump will like lose this suit in court.
The only justifiable way Trump can take away Acosta’s White House pass is if Acosta attacked someone or put someone in danger. Jim Acosta did not harm anyone nor did he put any White House staff members in danger.
Trump has a real problem with handling people who are not in favor of him and ask him tough questions. However, tough questions do not qualify as a reason to revoke someone’s press pass.
So finally we may get to see what all of the fuss about. Mueller is set to release key findings in the Russia probe.
Bloomberg News reported early Wednesday that Mueller has been under pressure to either bring more indictments or wrap it up.
This is great in so many ways. Most importantly, we can find out if this was all for naught. We can move on and Im sure there is something in this investigation that will make headlines.
Former Vice President Joe Biden is hoping that Democrats don’t attempt to impeach President Trump, at least not until after the midterms and more information comes out.
In an interview with CBS This Morning, Biden told host Norah O’Donnell that he doesn’t think “there’s a basis for doing that right now,” saying he hopes Democrats don’t initiate impeachment proceedings. Biden called on Democrats to wait until Special Counsel Mueller concludes his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, saying, “I think we should wait until the report comes out.”
This is smart advice being dished out about by former VP Biden to the Democratic party. Attempting to impeach Trump is not as easy as some would love to think. The information that is about to come out should help the Democrats build a case for impeachment.
If they shoot their shot too soon, they might as well prepare for the backlash.
Oh, Kanye met with Trump again. He didnt sound crazy this time around.
This spells trouble for Democrats.
Kanye is causing Black people to take a second look at the Republican party and even worse for Liberals, he is causing Black people to take a second look at the Democratic party.
I read several online comments with mixed reactions.
The one thing I noticed is that more and more Black people are siding with Kanye.
Of course, the liberal media is trying to downplay this but I predicted this a long time ago in an old Morrow World Post blog that was written. I asked the question, can Kanye win over Blacks for Trump? I called it the Kanye Effect.
Now I’m getting the answer to the question and the answer is "yes he can.”
So the Black community is tripping over Kanye going to meet Trump.
I don't agree with a lot of the things Trump says and I question his policies all the time but I cant help wonder why are people such as TI and Ebro so mad at Kanye. Online, I see people calling him Koonye. I dont think all of that is necessary.
Kanye went to the White House to talk about issues that concern him and should be a concern to all of us. I'm not a Trump supporter but how can I get mad at someone for going to talk to the man that can have a direct impact on a community, especially when it involves a city like Chicago.
A lot of people criticized the way Kanye spoke at the White House and said he sounds like a madman or somebody who is mentally ill. Just because we don't like the messenger, it doesn't mean we should kill the message.
It's funny that we forget that recently Kim Kardashian asked for a pardon for a Grandmother with a dam near life sentence. That pardon was granted.
Meeting with Trump is not going to solve everything but it can have an impact that can bridge the gap and get the ball rolling in the right direction.
This is gonna sound crazy. Just think about the way Trump just set free this woman who was supposed to be serving life behind bars. For all of the crazy things that Trump says, he has demonstrated that he has some good qualities as well. If he continues to make moves like this, Trump just may win over more Black people than anybody expected by the next election, just in time to win again.
If he can stay off of twitter and stop harassing NFL players that are protesting the injustices that are happening in America, he would really be able to turn the page on Democrats and put them in an awkward position. It is already being said that Trump has gained 12 points from the Black community due to his friendship with Kanye West.
I'm not saying he will win over all of Black America, that would be literally impossible. What I am saying is this, in politics, you have to learn to play the numbers game. If Trump won the 2016 election with no support from the Black and Latino communities than we can imagine what would happen if won over 12 percent more than before. As crazy as it sounds, it just may happen.
Donald Trump becoming more unstable is the last thing anybody wants to hear.
Hell, if you ask me, it's almost impossible for Trump to be more unstable than what he already is.
According to the Washington Post (FakeNews) (As Trump Would say),
President Trump is getting rid of the people that have kept him under control.
Yeah, under control. I know most of us thought he was out of control but it seems as if Trump has now ditched the people who sort of kept him in line.
Some people are predicting that Trump is gonna become even more irrational now .
He has surrounded himself with people that are more " Yes men " than actual intellects. This means Trump will rely more on his instincts than his advisers.
"The president is replacing aides who have tended toward caution and consensus with figures far more likely to encourage his more rash instincts and execute upon them, and he is frequently soliciting advice from loyalists outside the government." - The Washington Post.
Can you imagine how this is will effect the Trump administration ?
If this is the beginning of Trump acting on his own it will only be a matter of time before he digs a hole so deep for himself, he will not be able to get out.
The NRA has been an ally to the Republican party for years. You can always count on the majority of NRA members to vote Republican in elections. Now the NRA is losing it's many sponsors in the aftermath of the Parkland Shooting in Florida.
Sponsors are finding it hard to stand by the NRA due to the fact that more people are demanding stricter gun laws, more intense background checks and some Americans are looking at the NRA as a main target. Sponsors are dropping off of the NRA to avoid the coming onslaught of protests that will soon come.
A new poll states that voters believe Trump will be cleared of the Russia probe.
The counsel is to be held by Robert Mueller and in the political world there is a lot of speculation. Some people are just waiting for Trump to say something incriminating that will get him jammed up.
I'm surprised at this poll. Even more I'm surprised Trump still has people that believe he can keep his mouth shut long enough or even answer questions about Russia with saying spilling the beans.
This has more to do with the American people being gullible than it does with what Donald Trump actually has to say.
The Justice Department is launching a new investigation into the Clinton Foundation to figure out whether they were involved in pay for play politics and other illegal activities that Hillary Clinton may have been involved in when was the Secretary of State.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Agents from Arkansas were collecting information on the Clinton foundation for more than a year.
Top Trump Justice Department Officials promise that law enforcement will continue the investigations that the Obama administration did not dig deep enough into.
